Remarkable Trees

Remarkable trees, hosted by Ennoble Consultancy has been set up to allow people to share, view and locate remarkable trees from around the world. Trees can inspire, educate and assist people to be more sustainable and offer multiple benefits to the community. Trees are some of the largest and most important organisms in the world and are vital to human existence. To be able to search for outstanding specimens, collections, stands of both exotic and native trees will provide invaluable information for people who are planning plantings or wanting to know how a species grows in their local environment.

The site will allow photos, stories, locations and information to be nominated to build up a database for all to use. The use of Maps to locate the trees and details about the access to trees will be provided. It is hoped that this resource will be used by, Arborists, foresters, planners, landscapers, gardeners and the general public can nominate and search for trees they are interested in. It will provide information about tree suitability to a particular climate or local area and allow informed decisions to be made for a greener future.

In the future tree growers will be able to provide information about tree availability from a particular region so that people can source good quality trees for their projects.
